Adult forewing - male around 10 to 11.5mm, female around 12.5 to 14mm. Flies June to August

Larval foodplants : Pondweeds (Potomogeton spp.), Canadian Waterweed (Elodea canadensis), Hornwort ( Ceratophyllum spp) and other water plants
