Double-brooded, overwinters as a larva

Usual larval stages June and end of July to May

Adult forewing - around 5.5 to 7.5mm. Flies May to June and July to August

Larval foodplants : Larvae feeds within spun leaves of Buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica) and Alder Buckthorn (Frangula alnus)
